A Florida decide on Wednesday struck down a portion of a redistricting map drawn by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and his workers.
Driving the news: "I'm discovering that the enacted map is unconstitutional beneath the Truthful District modification ... as a result of it diminishes African People' means to elect the representatives of their selection," Leon County Circuit Choose Layne Smith mentioned.
