The Uvalde Police Division and the Uvalde Impartial School District police pressure are now not cooperating with the Texas Department of Public Security's investigation into the bloodbath at Robb Elementary College and the state's evaluate of the regulation enforcement response, a number of legislation enforcement sources inform ABC News.
