Family of Kidnapped Lady Claims Inaction of Dallas Police & Mavs in Intercourse Trafficking Case

DALLAS - A 15-year-old girl from North Richland Hills is now dwelling after being abducted by a person at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks recreation at American Airways Center.
