Wife filled husband’s telephone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered round loading hundreds of photographs of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in accordance with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the machine and said she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn in their dwelling.

The police say that telephone had lots of of images of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to surprise why the cellphone he was using didn't have any pictures similar to the ones Moore turned into them. That’s after they reportedly received a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore had been mates and had discussed finishing up the incident in advance.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they have been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the cellphone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his previous phone since final “October or November,” however “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his major cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is dealing with expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the identical fees as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
