Spouse filled husband’s cellphone with little one porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered round loading a whole bunch of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have labored together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated based on the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the device and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn in their dwelling.

The police say that cellphone had a whole bunch of images of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to marvel why the phone he was using did not have any photos similar to the ones Moore turned into them. That’s once they reportedly received a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore were friends and had discussed finishing up the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they were buddies and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his old cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose too much of it as a result of it was not his main cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is dealing with costs of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same expenses as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
