Wife stuffed husband’s phone with baby porn in try to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading hundreds of images of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have labored collectively to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in keeping with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the machine and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn of their home.

The police say that cellphone had lots of of photos of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to wonder why the phone he was utilizing didn't have any pictures just like the ones Moore turned into them. That’s when they reportedly got a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been associates and had mentioned finishing up the incident upfront.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they had been pals and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his old phone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it as a result of it was not his major telephone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the identical expenses as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
