The Uvalde Police Department and the Uvalde Unbiased College District police power are now not cooperating with the Texas Department of Public Security's investigation into the massacre at Robb Elementary College and the state's evaluate of the regulation enforcement response, a number of regulation enforcement sources tell ABC Information.

Reached by ABC News, a spokesperson for the Texas Department of Public Safety stated, "The Uvalde Police Division and Uvalde CISD Police have been cooperating with investigators. The chief of the Uvalde CISD Police offered an preliminary interview but has not responded to a request for a follow-up interview with the Texas Rangers that was made two days in the past."
Last Tuesday's attack, one of the worst college shootings in U.S. historical past, left 19 children and two adults useless.
