Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. PT and charged with driving beneath the affect and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher, in line with the Napa County Legal Justice Community's public reserving report. Each fees are misdemeanors.
TMZ was the first to report the arrest.Pelosi was trying to cross SR-29 when his 2021 Porsche was hit by a 2014 Jeep touring northbound on the highway, in response to a collision report from the California Freeway Patrol, which does not identify both driver as being at fault in the crash. Troopers had been known as to the scene simply before 10:30 p.m., the report mentioned.
There have been no injuries reported within the crash and the Jeep's driver was not arrested, the report mentioned.

Bail was set at $5,000 in accordance with the booking report, and data point out Pelosi was released Sunday morning.
