Update: I just spent the better part of the last three hours farming these ships. They were in the first wave EVERY time, and each supplies three storage augmentations. I bought more than 30 of themâŠ
woah..traded a 121 mill ship for a 12 million..shoulda sold first one then bought the second..twice the nanites and storage augs plus the money off the first one..ouch that hurt to watch

You'll often find that Stations that are popular destinations for scrapping will have below market value purchase prices for Ship Parts because people sell the parts at the terminals, so I alway stock pile them and sell them elsewhere. I found a system that gave me +34% for some of the parts which more than makes up for scrapping ships for below what I bought them for.
Came here to say that I did this earlier today, definitely works but when I pulled up to get the ship, I didnât see he Capt so I just hit âsquareâ and pulled away from the space station and for some reason the game bugged out and put all my mods/inventory on the orange squid ship and abandoning my old ship. Long story short, I have a 48 slot MAXED out Squid lol.
I tried this the other night, but where you try to get your exchanged ship back for free, and about 50% of the time the pilot took off with my exchanged ship…
That blue fighter does look nice, thinking about picking one up myself. Don't forget to scrap the extra tech modules that come with the ship, I don't think they add any value to the scrap, and you'll get a decent supply of wiring looms and elements while you're at it.
Absolute legend man, been looking for the squid ship for ages. Love your content, very clear and to the point. Also I have a slightly better money making method thanks to this outlaws update
Did they fix it so when you upgrade your ship cargo it doesn't boot you out after every single upgrade?
What I want to know is can you come here and do this again later will it still work or is this a one time thing?
This is awesome. I just prefer the portable refiner duplication glitch. I duped the Starship AI valves (5 are worth 250 mil) and Iâll dupe it and make an easy 4 billion fast. Lol same with the storage augmentation

But if youâre essentially duplicating the ship by reloading and repeating the steps, why donât you just duplicate the storage augmentations in a refiner??

100 hrs in and I have never seen one of those gates. Still no idea how to get to the center of the galaxy so I just build stuff and explore.

A good idea also would be. to have 1 extra free ship slot.
So you want to exchange the exotic ship in space station. then return to your old ship speak with the new owner and ask him to buy it back.
It will say to reclaim it. so take it, return to exotic enter so it becames your active ship and then scrap it and then repeat again.

You do know if you exchange your ship (providing you have room) you can reclaim your ship for free
why not use my little cheat then it dont take monney đ trade it then claim ur old ship back for free

Jason: I don't recall anyone covering how to get all the upgrades for your carrier, nothing recently. Might be worth a quick video.
It's also worth pointing out you get a group of miscellaneous items to sell on each salvage, so the amount of 'cash' you lose is nothing compared to what you gain.
