Apple has discontinued the iPod, 20 years after it was released.
The US tech giant mentioned its iconic music participant has been changed by other devices, making the iPod redundant.
Greg Joswiak, Apple's senior vice-president of worldwide advertising, stated: "Immediately, the spirit of iPod lives on.
"We have integrated an incredible music experience throughout all of our products, from the iPhone to the Apple Watch to HomePod mini, and across Mac, iPad, and Apple TV.
"And Apple Music delivers industry-leading sound high quality with help for spatial audio - there is no higher way to take pleasure in, discover, and experience music."
In October 2001, Steve Jobs debuted the unique iPod and it was the primary MP3 player that would maintain 1,000 songs and had a 10-hour battery life.
